Pills are enclosed in the durable RxCrush Pill Pouch by a zip-closure on one end and an attached ENFit syringe on the other. (Adapters are available for other syringe connection types.)

The patented RxCrush Pill Pouch connects to an ENFit syringe. Liquid from the syringe is added to the crushed medication, which is contained in the pill pouch. The mixture is shaken and the dissolved medication is transferred back to the ENFit syringe, then to a feeding tube.

Haven't transitioned to ENFit yet? We have Luer, Oral and Catheter adapters available so you can use RxCrush Pill Pouches with your existing  syringes and feeding sets.

​Pills are first crushed and then pulverized by the roller inside a pill pouch. Pill dust is then ready to be dissolved in liquid. Dissolved medication is transferred to a feeding tube via the attached syringe.
