Warranties

Pill Crushers are warrantied against manufacturing defect for 5 years from the date of item receipt. Pouches, adapters, syringes and other disposables are warrantied against manufacturing defect for 2 years from the date of item receipt. Resolve Designs will replace the item in question after Resolve Designs has determined that the failure occurred due to manufacturer defect. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the process in the Returns section above and indicate "Warranty" in the subject line of the email. Or call us and we'll handle it for you. We request that you send the damaged item to us so we can improve our quality. We will issue you a return shipping label.
